Conditions relating to the stay

Before booking in our structure we invite you to read the conditions relating to the stay below.

CANCELLATION:
The penalty varies depending on when the cancellation is made:
- from the time of booking up to 31 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged;
- from 30 to 30 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 30 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- in case of no-show, or cancellation on the day of arrival, the cancellation fee will be 0% of the total cost of the entire stay.

PAYMENT:
Payment must be made in the following ways:
- 30% deposit upon booking;
- balance at check-in.

LIVING ROOM:
To guarantee you a pleasant stay in our structure:
- Check-in time must be agreed;
-Check-out must be done before 10:00;
- Breakfast will be served from 08:00 to 11:00;
- The tourist tax is included in the price of the rooms;
- The bathroom linen change is done every 1 days;
- Bed linen is changed every 3 days;
- Room cleaning is done every 1 day. To allow cleaning, it is advisable to leave the rooms by 10:00;
- You can prepare food in the rooms;
- It is possible to accommodate guests in rooms/apartments.
